We can’t thank you enough for helping us find and purchase our first home. As first time homebuyers the process was extremely intimidating. But with your guidance we were surprised at how smoothly the transaction went. It’s difficult to put into words how thankful we are to have worked with you. We hope that sharing our experience will help to explain how much we truly appreciate you.

Nathan and I believe that everything happens for a reason. Meeting you at an open house that we stumbled upon and decided to check out, in our minds was no coincidence. After a short conversation, we set up an appointment to meet the next evening. In less than 24 hours you had arranged for us to view a handful of properties. All of which were exactly what we had discussed the day before. You had also prepared a Homebuyers Guide, complete with information on the process, terminology and a map of the area. We were more than impressed, knew that you wanted our business and would work hard for us.

In addition to being first time homebuyers, we were also new to the area and not familiar with Conejo Valley. You took the time to show us around, pointed out parks, shopping centers, hiking trails and easy ways to get around town. As a resident of Conejo Valley we knew you’d be even more knowledgeable about the nieces neighborhoods (in our price range) and have personal experience on the best places to go and what to do. You were also able to share your network of local professionals. Introducing us to our Loan Officer and Home Inspector who are as thorough and professional as you are.

Throughout the process you were always available to show us properties, take our phone calls and patient in answering our countless questions. You made us feel as if we were your only clients and anything we needed you were there to to make happen. We felt comfortable and never rushed or pressured into buying a home. During each viewing it was as if you were looking for a home of your own, giving suggestions on upgrades, furniture layout, ect. The entire experience was truly a team effort.

After we decided to make an offer, we were confident knowing that you were representing us. You were honest, gave sound advice and helped us to negotiate a deal we felt comfortable with. You asked for additional items in our offer and additional information upon inspection that were wouldn’t have thought to ask. It was obvious that you had our best interests in mind at all times. You were stellar with communication and followed up on a daily basis, never leaving us in the dark about the status of our offer.

Having started to search for a home only a couple months ago, it’s hard to believe we’re getting the keys to our perfect first home today. We’re extremely grateful for the team that helped us along the way, but most importantly, we are grateful for you Irina. We can honestly say that what started off as a business relationship has developed into a friendship and we look forward to having you and your husband over for dinner in our new home.
